HSST Appointment Order : Why this Delay?

+2 Classes started...Some subjects including Computer Science / Computer Application Rank holders still waiting for their appointment order. The advice period ( 90 Days ) is almost over.. Already 6 months delay for Supreme court verdict ( Reservation Case ) after that the concerned Appointment Authority delaying the issual of appointment order..

What will be the reason ?
What is to be done ,for not getting the appointment order in the advice period ?

a) Age (as on 01-07-2009) : Between 21 and 30 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/07/1979 and not later than 01/07/1988). For candidates possessing M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualification, upper age limit will be 31 and 33 years respectively. For candidates having experience as an officer in Commercial Bank/Financial Institution in Public Sector, upper age limit is relaxed to the extent of number of years of such experience subject to a maximum of three years. For such
candidates, upper age limit should not exceed 33 years including experience. For experience, probationary period will not be reckoned. Refer item 4 below for relaxation in upper age limit for specified categories.

b) Educational Qualifications (as on 01/07/2009): i) A First Class Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade OR ii) A Second Class Master's Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade OR iii) A Doctorate Degree with 50% marks in Master's Degree or equivalent grade OR iv) Chartered/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree OR v) A Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM only.

NOTE: SC/ST/VH/HI candidates having second class with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in Bachelor's Degree examination OR having a Post-graduate Degree or equivalent recognized qualification, are eligible to apply.

Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme for Minority Communities Students

The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities to enable them to pursue professional and technical courses.Every year 20000 scholarships will be distributed among the students of minority communities throughout the country


* Students who get admission to a college to pursue technical/professional courses, on the basis of a competitive examination will be eligible for the scholarship.

* Students who get admission in technical/professional courses without facing any competitive examination will also be eligible for scholarship. However, such students should have not less than 50% marks at higher secondary/graduation level. Selection of these students will be done strictly on merit basis.
